Patient is a 27-year-old female who has long desired a nose that looks prettier and better matches her facial features. In photos she is self-conscious of the asymmetry of her nose and constantly uses filters to soften her bulbous tip and dorsal bump. She would love a nose that makes her feel beautiful with less anxiety regarding social media.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with straightening of nasal septum and narrowing of nasal bones with reduction of dorsal hump. The nasal tip was narrowed and rotated with cartilage reduction and suture techniques with production of a supra-tip break that makes the nose appear shorter and more feminine. She is absolutely in love with the results! Photographs were taken approximately 1 year post surgery
