Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 122144969
Patient is a 29 year-old female fitness model and instructor who has long desired a smaller and more feminine nose that better complements her facial features. She is 5’8” and knows she does not want a disproportionately tiny nose, but rather desires a result with less projection, a more elegant tip, and cuter dorsum. She would like a nose that looks natural and beautiful as she would like to get into more facial modeling.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with repair of deviated septum, reduction of nasal dorsal hump, and contouring of the nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques. Cartilage grafts were placed to give long term support to the nasal tip, and to enhance her nasal dorsal aesthetic lines. A facial graft was placed at the radix (top of nose near eyebrows) to feminize the nose by giving it a shorter appearance. She was delighted with the result, as she mentioned people could not decipher exactly what was different about her face after her rhinoplasty. Post operative photographs are four months post-surgery.
