Patient is a 23-year-old well known influence who desires a more elegant and feminine nose. Specifically she does not her profile with the visible dorsal hump, and her rather bulbous nasal tip that plunges when she smiles. She would like a “perkier” nose, that seems better to fit her facial features, and seems natural like a nose she wishes she was born with.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with reduction of nasal dorsal hump, narrowing of nasal bones to create dorsal aesthetic lines, and contouring of nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques. The soft nasal tip was specifically created for this patient to give a natural and exotic appearing result. Nostrils were shortened to complement the smaller nasal tip. Photos are 2 months post-surgery, and significant refinement in definition and size can be expected up to the year mark. She is delighted with her result.
