Patient is a 26 year-old female who has long desired to improve the appearance of her nose. She does not like the bump on her profile and the width of her nose both along the bridge and tip. She is constantly filtering her social media photos to give her nose a smaller, more feminine and look, and would like to do the same with her rhinoplasty, while maintaining her “exotic look”
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with softening of dorsal hump, narrowing of nasal bones, and refinement of nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques. Internal cartilages were placed to give her nose support, and a fascial graft was placed at the radix to soften the transition of the forehead and nose, effectively making the nose look more elegant. Photographs are 4 months post surgery, and further refinement and size reduction can be expected. She is delighted with her result.
