Patient is a 21-year-old Latin female who inherited her father’s nose and feels that it looks masculine and lacks definition. She would like a perkier nasal tip that appears more projecting and does not droop when she smiles. She has long been dissatisfied with her profile and wants more delineation between her brow and her nose so she does not have to filter her photographs every time she posts.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with reduction of Radix and dorsal bones with narrowing and creation of dorsal aesthetic lines. She had contouring of her nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques along with placement of an internal cartilage graft to increase her tip projection and create the angularity she desired. She was ecstatic with her surgical result.
