Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 114850127
Patient is a 40 year-old female in the aesthetic provider field of mixed Mediterranean and African-American heritage who desires a smaller more feminine nose that better complements her facial features. She wants a nose with a softer profile and less projecting nasal tip that appears more refined but maintains her ethnic features.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with reduction of nasal dorsal profile, contouring of nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques, and lowering of nasal tip over-projection with stabilization through placement of internal cartilage grafts. A fascial graft was placed at the nasal radix (top of nose) to feminize the nasal profile, and nostrils were reduced and made more symmetric. Photographs are 5 months post-surgery and further refinement in nasal shape and size and be anticipated. She is extremely happy with how beautiful and natural her nose appears now, and usually people do not mention any change in her appearance.
