Female Rhinoplasty Gallery Patient 114849379
Patient is a 18 year-old female with a desire for a softer and more feminine appearing nose. She is tired of having to modify her social media posts as she is very self-conscious of the hook on her profile and the width of her upper nose that makes her appear harsh. She desires a nose that complements strong bone structure.
Procedure: Septorhinoplasty with narrowing and reduction of nasal bones and contouring of nasal tip through cartilage reduction and suture techniques. An internal cartilage graft was placed as to not over-rotate her nasal tip, and nostrils were reduced to complement her smaller nasal profile. A fascial graft was placed at her radix (top of nose between eyebrows) to impart a more elegant profile. She is delighted with the results of her nasal surgery. Photos are taken approximately 3 months post-surgery and further definition and refinement is expected.
