Patient is a 53-year-old female who came in for a consult for complete facial rejuvenation, and an opinion regarding what could be done to bring her face more aesthetic balance and ultimately make her look and feel more attractive. Ultimately, she wanted a beautiful appearance, and had studied photographs for years regarding facial aesthetics and wanted a partner in her journey. I scheduled multiple consultations with her, listened intently, and with her desires in mind, coupled with a combined aesthetic vision, came up with a surgical plan for her. She desired to have her surgery completed at once with a single recovery, and a immediate result that appeared natural, proportioned, and met her expectations.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, Endonasal Lip Lift with lip augmentation, chin augmentation and fat transfer to the face for a total of 17cc including her lower eyes, nasolabial folds, and jawline. She also underwent a simultaneous Rhinoplasty with reduction of her dorsal hump, and contouring and rotation of her nasal tip through cartilage suture and reduction techniques. Photographs are 7 months after her surgery. She so incredibly happy with her appearance and the positive effects it has had on her self-esteem. Friends and family cannot quite point out what is different about her, and she has no tell-tale signs of any surgical procedure having been performed. The positive effects of expertly performed aesthetic surgery cannot be over emphasized.
