Patient is a 58-year-old female wanted to appear younger and more attractive. She is very athletic, and likes to keep a trim figure, but as she ages she has found it difficult to keep youthful volume in her face. She enjoyed the results from soft-tissue fillers but was seeking a more precise and global solution, with longer lasting results. She was specifically bothered by her sagging brow, her tired and undefined upper and lower eyes, her jowls and her down-turned mouth. She had broken her nose multiple times, and did not like her profile with its plunging tip and dorsal hump.

High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, reduction of dorsal hump, and contouring of nasal tip cartilages, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 35 cc including lower eyes, midface, cheekbones, jawline, and upper and lower lips.

Patient is a 15-year-old female who since she can remember has been very self-conscious of her nose and felt that it is too large and hooked, and without any specific shape at its tip. She would avoid photographs whenever she could, and lacked the self-confidence of her peers. She desired a more proportionate nose that better complemented her facial features and made her feel pretty.

Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, reduction of dorsal hump and contouring of nasal tip cartilages with increased nasal tip projection. She also underwent a chin augmentation with placement of a medium extended anatomic chin implant to improve facial balance and proportion which greatly enhances the overall aesthetic result.

She wanted to avoid a silicone implant along the nasal dorsum, choosing rather to use her own tissue if possible.

Rhinoplasty with septoplasty, and placement of facial/cartilaginous graft to the nasal dorsum to provide height and projection. She also underwent contouring of her nasal tip with suture techniques and placement of a cartilaginous tip graft to add angularity and tip projection. Rhinoplasty with mild reduction of nasal dorsum, straightening nasal septum with refinement of nasal tip cartilages, and narrowing of nasal bones.

Patient is a 33-year-old female with a long-standing desire for a more elegant and refined appearing nose. Specifically, she felt that her nose was too wide, her tip without definition, and that her nose was not harmonious with the rest of her facial features. Also, as she has aged, she thought that her nasolabial folds had become more prominent, and that she had lost some of the voluptuousness she possessed when she was younger. She wanted to look more beautiful.

Rhinoplasty with septoplasty and narrowing of the nasal bones with contouring of the nasal tip cartilages. Cartilage grafts were placed to better define the outlines of her nose (dorsal aesthetic lines), and to provide better tip projection. A fascial graft was placed at the radix (top of nasal dorsum between the eyebrows) to provide an aesthetic transition that appears more elegant. She also underwent fat transfer to her face for a total of 28cc, including lower eyes, nasolabial creases, cheekbones, jawline, chin and lips. She was delighted with the result.

Patient also had cartilageonous grafts placed along the nostrils to lower them to make her nose appear less flared. She also underwent simultaneous facial rejuvenation.
