Patient is a 56-year-old female who feels that her upper eyes appear fatigued, and that she has lost the youthful volume of her face leaving her appearing tired and much older than she feels. She does not want a facelift. She also wants to improve the overall texture of her facial skin and even out her irregular pigmentation.
Autologous Fat transfer to the face including periorbital, cheekbones, cheeks, jawline and lips, with bilateral upper blepharoplasty and lower eyelid TCA chemical peel.
