Patient is a 66 year-old- female who had a facelift in the past and feels that as she has gotten older her face has become distorted and pulled looking and her eyes that were once her best feature, look quite sad and fatigued. She had a previous chin implant placed and does not like its appearance as it accentuates her chin prominence and is not confluent with her jawline. She would like to appear younger and more attractive, more vibrant skin, and wants more prominent cheekbones and jawline.
Facelift, lateral endoscopic browlift, bilateral upper blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, bilateral buccal fat pad removal, chin implant exchange with placement of more contemporary anatomic chin implant, full face erbium laser resurfacing, and fat transfer to the face including forehead, temples, lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, chin and jawline, upper and lower lips.
