29-year-old Asian female with longstanding puffiness of the lower eyes and hollowing of the face along the midface regions near her nose. She feels that the hollowing accentuates the puffiness of the lower eyes, and makeup cannot cover the shadows produced which make her appear unhealthy. She these problems addressed in a single operation.
Fat transfer to face for a total of 8cc including lower eyelid and midface regions. Patient also underwent a transconjuctival lower blepharoplasty with no external incisions.
