64-year-old female who yearns to have the youthful and voluptuous features she had when she was younger. She feels that she has lost definition of her cheeks and cheekbones, and does not like the hollowing beneath her eyes and around her mouth. She would like to have balanced facial rejuvenation that addresses the volume loss of her face, and simultaneously redefines her jawline and neck.
Fat transfer to face for total of 56cc including upper and lower eyes, cheekbones and cheeks, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, and jawline. Patient also underwent facelift, endoscopic browlift, lower blepharoplasty, and perioral dermabrasion.
