She feels that her lower face has aged much more than her upper face, and feels that she is not ready for a facelift. She would like to have something done in the office that helps regain her “voluptuousness”
Fat transfer to the face from abdominal and knee donor sites for a total 21cc to lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, corners of mouth, and jawline including chin. This was performed in the office with oral sedation and local anesthetic. She is delighted with the result.
