47-year-old female who feels that over the last 3-4 years she has lost the angularity and voluptuousness of her facial features and dislikes that she always looks tired. She had nice cheekbones and a defined jawline when she was younger, and wants to look prettier and more youthful, while retaining her “uniqueness”.
Autologous fat transfer to face including lower eyelids, temples, cheekbones and cheeks, jawline, chin, and lips for a total of 43cc. Patient also had facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy. She was delighted with the result.
