37-year-old female who has always had a very thin body stature, and dislikes the fact that she looks increasingly skeletal in her face as she ages. She desires to have fuller facial features with less cheek laxity, and wants to appear healthier and less fragile.
Fat transfer to the face for a total of 85cc with fat injected into the forehead and temples, periorbital region, cheeks and cheekbones, jawline and chin, and around the mouth. Patient also underwent a cheeklift.
