49-year-old female who feels that she looks extremely gaunt and unhealthy and would like to appear younger and healthier, with more voluptuous features. She stays thin and fit, and this seems to intensify her thin and narrow face. She has undergone two previous facelifts with various other facial procedures, and thinks she looks like she has obviously had plastic surgery. She yearns to look more beautiful.
Fat transfer to the face for a total of 101cc including upper and lower eyes, temples, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, jawline and chin. Patient also underwent corrective facelift with canthopexy. Notice the complete volume enhancement with the fat transfer and increased proportion of the lower face to add balance and symmetry. She was extremely happy with the result.
