53-year-old female who feels that she looks much older than her age, and she wishes to look younger and more attractive. She is bothered by her hanging cheeks and jowls, and sad appearing eyes and weak jawline and chin. She wants to appear softer and more approachable.
Fat transfer to the face for a total of 86cc, including lower eyelids, cheeks and cheekbones, jawline and chin. Patient also underwent a facelift, coronal browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy. Notice the better facial proportions enabled with the addition of meticulously and strategically placed fat in the face.
