Patient is a 50-year-old female who feels that she looks very aged with loss of facial volume. Specifically she dislikes the hollowness of her eyes, making them look overly prominent, along with the wasting along her temples. She states that she has lost the voluptuousness of her facial features with less prominent cheekbones, less angular jawline and overall a completely deflated looking face. She desires to appear younger and more attractive.
Autologous fat transfer to the face for a total of 97 cc including temples, upper and lower eyes, midface and cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline, corners of the mouth and lips. Patient also underwent simultaneous facelift, endoscopic browlift, lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, full face erbium laser and rhinoplasty. The photos are approximately 7 months post-operatively, hence the fat retention is permanent at this point. She is absolutely ecstatic with the results.
