Patient is a 56-year-old female who underwent a previous upper and lower blepharoplasty. She felt that with age she had developed jowls and neck laxity, and had lost proportion of her lower face, specifically her jawline, making her appear older than she felt. She wanted her face to appear more voluptuous and youthful as she is very conscious of her figure and stays very slender which makes her face appear gaunt.
Facelift with High SMAS elevation, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 46cc, including the temples, lower eyes, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, jawline, and chin. She also underwent erbium laser resurfacing of the periorbital and perioral regions. She was absolutely delighted with the results.
