Patient is a 63-year-old woman who thinks she appears much older than her stated age. Though she feels quite vibrant and happy, she is often asked why she is upset and is frequently mistaken for someone much older. She is bothered by her obvious “turkey-gobbler” neck, her downturned mouth and sad-appearing eyes. She desires to look younger and more attractive.

Facelift, lateral endoscopic brow elevation, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, partial removal of the superficial lobe of the submandibular gland, and autologous fat transfer to the face including lower eyes, midface, cheekbones and cheeks, upper and lower lips, jawline and chin for a total of 53cc.

Patient is a 68-year-old female who in her younger years enjoyed feeling and looking very attractive. She had always had high cheekbones, and a sculpted neck and well-defined jawline, but these attributes seemed to fade in her late 50’s. She began to feel quite matronly, and was bothered by her full neck which resembles her mother’s, and her very down-turned mouth which made her appear constantly angry. She wanted to appear younger and more attractive.

High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer to the periorbital, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin and lips for a total of 21cc, and periorbital and perioral erbium laser resurfacing. Photographs are at 1 year post-op.
