Patient is a 66 year-old-female who thinks she looks much older than she feels. Over the last decade she has lost definition of her cheekbones and jawline, and her mouth has become downturned and her lips have virtually disappeared. She would like to look more vibrant and attractive, better reflecting how she feels on the inside.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, Anterior Hairline Browplasty, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, Upper Lip Lift with Lateral Lip Lifts, and Autogenous Fat transfer to the Face for a total of 36cc including the lower eyes, nasolabial crease, upper and lower lips, jawline and chin. Photographs are 3 months post-surgery and she is delighted with results.
