Patient is a 56 year-old female who desires to look younger and more attractive. Over the last 5 years, she has noticed significant facial aging that seems to correspond with the onset of menopause. Specifically, she desires to address her loss of neck definition and jowls and down-turned mouth that make her appear both fatigued and unhappy. She would like to appear as youthful as she feels with a much more approachable “vibe”.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift with periorbital TCA chemical peel. Notice the improved midface volume and elimination of jowls with refinement of the jawline and neck. No skin is pulled excessively, primarily volume is redistributed, imparting a more youthful and voluptuous appearance with imperceptible scars, maintaining the patient’s privacy regarding her surgical procedure. Photos are approximately 3 months post-surgery. She is delighted with her results.
