Patient is a 57 year-old female who works in a youthful industry and has noticed progressive changes in her face that makes her feel old and unattractive. Specifically, she dislikes her downturned mouth and jowls that have developed despite the fact that she takes great care of herself with regards to exercise and diet. She has noticed progressive hollowing of her eyes and loss of the defined cheekbones, jawline, and neck she had when she was younger. She still feels youthful and wants her face to match her disposition.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift, Bilateral Upper Blepharoplasty, 35% TCA Chemical Peel of the lower eyes and perioral region, and autologous fat transfer to the face for a total of 35cc including lower eyes, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin, and upper and lower lips. Photos are 9 months post-surgery, and she is quite delighted with her results. She relates that her confidence has been permanently boosted, and her outlook on life has drastically improved.
