Patient is a 65 year-old-woman wo desires to look younger and more attractive. She would like to address her downturned mouth, her lack of cheekbone definition and full cheeks, and full neck that makes her appear matronly. She has longed for a straighter and more elegant appearing nose for years, and would like to address this at the time of her facial rejuvenation.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, Lateral Temporal Browlift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Autogenous Fat Transfer to the Face for a total of 27cc including lower eyelids, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, lips, jawline and chin. She also underwent Septorhinoplasty with reduction of nasal dorsum, and contouring and de-projection of nasal tip cartilages. She also underwent Full Face Erbium Laser Resurfacing. Photos are 3 months post-surgery and significant reduction of nasal projection and further definition of the chin and neck can be expected. She is delighted with her surgical result.
