Patient is a 55-year-old female who feels that she has drastically aged after menopause, specifically losing youthful facial contour of her cheekbones and neck, and very fatigued appearing eyes despite not being tired. She referenced photos in her 30’s when she had a beautiful jawline and high cheekbones, as what she was looking for.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Suture Canthopexy, Upper Lip Lift, and Autogenous Fat Transfer to the Face for a total of 22cc.
Photos are 3 months post-surgery, and she is delighted with her results as she feels very beautiful with renewed confidence and enthusiasm for life.
