Patient is a 53-year-old female who feels that she has lost the youthful definition of her cheekbones and jawline that she has when she was younger. She is not fatigued but people often ask if she is tired or has allergies. She would like to look younger and more beautiful.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, Upper and Lower Blerpharoplasty, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 17cc including the lower eyes, midface, nasolabial creases, upper and lower lips, and jawline. The patient also has a 35% TCA chemical peel of the lower eyelids. Photos are 3 months post-surgery and she is delighted with her results.
