Patient is a 50 year-old-female who feels that she looks much older than she feels, and is bothered by her neck laxity and loss of angularity, her down-turned mouth, and her eyes that have become quite puffy, with loss of the “sparkle” that was once her signature. She would like to look younger, feel more confident, and now that children are out of the house, finally do something for herself.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, Lateral Temporal Brow Elevation, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfer to the Face for a total of 25cc including the lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, jawline, and chin. She also had a 35% TCA chemical peel to the lower eyes to tighten periorbital skin and even pigmentation. Photos are 1 year post-surgery. She feels that she appears younger, beautiful, with new found confidence in herself.
