Patient is a 55-year-old female who wants to look younger and more attractive. Specifically she is asked frequently what is bothering her when in fact she is in a pleasant mood. She does not like her sagging facial features especially around her mouth, and the lack of definition of her jawline and neck. She would like to look less matronly and prettier with more defined facial features.
High SMAS Facelift with partial removal of superficial submandibular glands, anterior hairline browlift (to not elevate her hairline), upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, fat transfer to the face for a total of 39cc including lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline, and lips. Her surgical result has given her renewed confidence and zest for life.
