Patient is a 67-year-old female who desires to appear younger and more attractive. She has progressively developed “the family neck” that is full and lacks definition, making her jawline look weak and her face look amorphous and matronly. She would like to address her heavy brow and eyes, and does not like her downturned mouth that makes her appear unhappy. She was told she was a Meg Ryan “look-alike” when she was younger and would like to recapture the cute “vibe” she had when she once had.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift with Endoscopic Browlift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 32cc, including the lower eyes, cheekbones, midface, nasolabial crease, jawline and lips. She also underwent Perioral Erbium Laser for perioral rhytids. Photos are 2 months after surgery and fat retention is assured. She is extremely happy with her results.
