Patient is a 59-year-old female who over the last 5 years has noticed progressive loss of her jawline with development of neck fullness and lack of definition. She feels that she is looking more “matronly” and misses her youthful appearing eyes she once had which were her best feature. She states she has lost lip volume and a down-turned mouth, and has significant facial wrinkles and irregular pigmentation. She misses appearing vital and attractive, as this was once part of her personality and identity.
Procedure: Deep Plane Facelift, with bilateral lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, Endonasal Upper lip Lift, Fat transfer to the periorbital, midface, lips and jawline, and full-face Erbium laser resurfacing. Photos were taken 2 months after surgery.
