Patient is a 64-year-old female who desires to look younger and more attractive. She would like to address her jowls and lack of neck definition along with the hollowness beneath her eyes. She does not like the fine wrinkles and irregular pigmentation of her face, and would like this treated at the same surgery so there is a single recovery period.
High SMAS Facelift, bilateral lower blepharoplasty, autogenous fat transfer to the face including lower eyes, forehead, nasolabial folds, jawline and chin, and upper and lower lips. Patient also underwent full face erbium laser resurfacing.
