Specifically as she has aged in the last 10 years, she has lost the beautiful alluring eyes she had when she was younger, and the youthful volume and angularity of her face that made her feel attractive. She thinks that her jawline and neck look disproportionately old and would like to restore her youthful proportions and feel pretty again.
