48-year-old female who feels that she looks much older than she feels. Specifically, she does not like her sagging brow and eyes, and is bothered by her jowls, and lack of jawline and neck definition. She thinks that her downturned mouth makes her look “sour” and desires to appear more youthful and attractive. She also has wanted to improve the appearance of her nose since she was young.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, fat transfer to face including lower eyelids, nasolabial folds, cheekbones and cheeks, jawline, upper and lower lips for a total of 51cc. Patient also had a rhinoplasty.
