Patient is a 50-year-old female who desires to appear younger and more attractive. She has noticed especially since menopause that she has lost the angularity and youthfulness of her face as her neck has become less defined, and her facial fullness has greatly diminished. She looks at old photos and hardly recognizes herself, especially around her eyes that seem to look hollow and very prominent. A long term sun worshiper, she would like to improve her skin quality with regards to fine lines and pigmentation. She yearns to look as youthful as she feels on the inside.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, fat transfer to the temples, upper and lower eyes, midface and cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline and lips. Patient also underwent full face erbium laser resurfacing and a rhinoplasty. Photos are approximately 7 months post-operatively, hence fat survival is permanent. Notice how much fuller and voluptuous her face appears, and with the addition of fat to the upper and lower eyes, how much more attractive she looks. She was delighted with the results.
