Patient is a 62-year-old female who is has had a previous facelift by another surgeon and desires facial rejuvenation. Specifically she feels that she has lost the definition of her once high appearing cheekbones and graceful jawline, and does like her jowls and loss of volume of her periorbital and perioral regions. She wishes to look younger and more attractive, and as she is a very active and prominent business woman, she desires to have no tell-tale signs of surgery.
High SMAS Facelift, with partial removal of superficial submandibular gland to improve the jawline, endoscopic browlift, bilateral lower blepharoplasty, autologous fat transfer to the upper and lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline and lips for a total of 31cc. She also underwent erbium laser resurfacing of the upper eyes and perioral region. Note how more balanced and voluptuous her face appears. She was extremely happy with the results.
