Patient is a 71-year-old female who had always felt quite attractive, but over the last decade had seen changes in her face that made her appear matronly. Specifically, she disliked her hollow and sagging eyes, her jowls, and the loss of jawline and neck definition that used to be a source of her pride. She wanted to appear younger and more attractive.
High SMAS Facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 29cc including upper and lower eyes, nasolabial crease, cheekbones, upper and lower lips, and corners of the mouth. She stated that she feels both beautiful and glamorous again, and that no one could exactly pinpoint the changes they notice after her surgery.
