Patient is a 72-year-old female who has undergone a previous facelift and desires to appear younger and more attractive. Specifically she would like to have crisper eyes, more defined cheekbones, and a more angular neck and jawline. She is also bothered by her skin tone with multiple fine wrinkles and irregular pigmentation. She wants to look prettier but wants to avoid that “over-operated on” appearance.
High SMAS Facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with canthopexy, fat transfer to the face for a total of 46 cc including the upper and lower eyes, cheekbones, midface, nasolabial folds, jawline and chin, and upper and lower lips. She also underwent full face erbium laser resurfacing.
