Patient is a 55 year-old-female who is a business executive and wants to maintain her professional relevance in her late-50’s as she is in a youthful sector of the market. She felt that she looked tired, and hence unapproachable. She wanted to address her jowls and neck and showcase the cheekbones that were the highlights of her face when she was younger.
High SMAS Deep Plane Facelift with elevation and fixation of the facial fat that has descended to a more youthful position. Simultaneouly the neck was liposuctioned, and neck muscles were tightened with removal of excess facial and neck skin without tension upon closure, resulting in completely inconspicuous scars. Photos are approximately 2.5 months post-op and continued facial definition and natural softening of results will continue up to a year. She was delighted with her results.
