Patient is a 52-year-old physician who wanted to appear more youthful. A year prior this patient had undergone an endoscopic browlift and upper and lower blepharoplasty, and wanted to complete her facial rejuvenation. Specifically, she hoped to improve the condition of her sundamaged facial skin, and regain the definition of her cheekbones, jawline and neck. Simultaneously, she wanted to create a more pleasant and approachable facial appearance that would better coincide with her positive outlook on life.
