Patient is a 62-year-old female who felt that in the last 10 years she had a gradual increase of fullness in her cheekbones and angularity of her jawline that she cherished for so many years. She felt that she was looking quite matronly and was no longer receiving the complements of her eyes which have always been her greatest feature. She wanted to look younger and more beautiful.
Procedure: High SMAS Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift, upper and lower Blepharoplasty with Canthopexy, Autogenous Fat Transfer to the lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin and lips. She also underwent Perioral Erbium Laser Resurfacing.
