Patient is a 61-year-old female who has an upcoming wedding of her daughter and wants to appear more refreshed for the event. Specifically she desires to address her heavily lined brow and fatigued appearing eyes. She has developed jowls and has lost definition of her jawline, and thinks that her neck makes her appear matronly and much older than she feels. She expressed that she has always had a heavy neck, even as a younger woman, and has never liked her profile for that reason. She would like a more graceful neck and jawline if possible.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, autogenous fat transfer to the face including upper and lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips and jawline. She also underwent perioral erbium laser for perioral wrinkes, and partial removal of the superficial submandibular glands to improve neck definition especially along the angle of the mandible.
