Patient is a 60-year-old female who over the last 5 years had noticed progressive heaviness of her upper and lower eyes and loss of her jawline definition and once beautiful cheekbones. She was particularly bothered by her downturned mouth that made her appear unhappy. She was concerned she was looking quite matronly, yet felt quite youthful. She wanted to appear younger and more attractive.
High SMAS facelift with upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy to elevate the corners of her eyes, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 32cc including lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, cheekbones, chin, upper and lower lips.
