Patient is a 59-year-old female who wishes to look younger and more attractive. She is bothered by the weathered appearance of her face, especially the hollowness of her lower eyes, and the sagging of her cheeks with recent development of jowls. Her neck and jawline used to be one of her strong features, but now she only sees skin laxity and platysmal bands. She also feels that she has lost significant volume in her cheeks and cheekbones and often will not look in the mirror. She wants to regain her youthful confidence and vigor.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 23cc including lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, jawline, and upper and lower lips.
