51-year-old female who is status post a “lifestyle-lift” with significant visible scarring and disappointment with her result. She has long standing facial asymmetry with a prosthetic eye and eyelid asymmetry. She would like to appear softer, younger, and more attractive, with more facial balance and proportion.
