Patient is a 50-year-old female who feels that she has progressively developed heavy upper and lower eyes that make her look swollen and tired. She dislikes her lack of facial definition, and has developed progressive jowls and has lost her once youthful neck and jawline. She thinks she looks frumpy and old and very unattractive. She wants to feel pretty again.
High SMAS Facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, partial removal of the superficial submandibular gland to improve jawline definition, buccal fat pad removal to improve cheekbone definition, liposuction of the neck, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 22cc including the lower eyes, midface, nasolabial folds, jawline, and chin. Notice the drastically improved aesthetics of the jawline and chin accomplished without a chin implant. This was accomplished through the combination of the aforementioned procedures, including fat transfer to the chin.
