Patient is a 55-year-old female who desired facial rejuvenation.She has noticed over the past 5 years rather rapid and progressive loss of definition of her neck and jawline, and the development of bothersome jowls that make her look matronly.She also thinks her brow appears heavy and that her eyes make her look very tired.She has wanted a more elegant nose all of her adult life and decided to have this done at the same time as her other facial procedures.She would like to look younger and more refreshed, along with looking more attractive if possible.
High SMAS Facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with suture canthopexy, liposuction of the neck, autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 16 cc, and perioral erbium laser resurfacing.She also underwent a rhinoplasty with contouring of the nasal tip cartilages, reduction of nasal projection, and narrowing of the nasal bones.
