Patient is a 55-year-old female who wishes to look younger and more attractive. She has noticed over the last few years increasing prominence of her downturned mouth, and has developed troublesome jowls that remind her of how her mother aged. She feels that she has lost her once prominent cheekbones and angular jawline, and is bothered that no one complements her anymore on her appearance.
High SMAS Facelift, bilateral lower blepharoplasty and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 22cc including lower eyes, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, jawline, upper and lower lips and corners of the mouth, and temples.
