Patient is a 58-year-old female who had a previous blepharoplasty and desires a more youthful appearing face and neck. Specifically, she wants to address her downturned mouth, as people think she appears dissatisfied when she is not. She would like a more younger looking jawline and neck, with more definition of her cheekbones and eyes. As a nurse, she has seen many facelifts, and has always been concerned that many appeared too tight, or unnatural, and wants to avoid this appearance at all cost.
High SMAS Facelift, lateral temporal browlift, upper blepharoplasty, and autogenous fat transfer to the face for a total of 31cc including the lower eyelids, midface, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, upper and lower lips, jawline and chin.
