Patient is a 64-year-old female who desires a younger and more attractive face. She feels that her facial aging has mostly affected her jawline and chin, and has developed jowls that make her weak chin more obvious. Since menopause, she has developed progressive laxity of her neck, and feels that she is looking quite matronly. She would like to appear as young as she feels, without tell-tale signs of surgery.
